IBG e.V. organizes between 30 and 45 workcamps in Germany every year. In these international projects, young people from all over the world come together and implement voluntary work projects with a local partner for two to three weeks.
Under the motto "Let's take action for climate protection - tackle forests and moors", in 2022 IBG is organizing several international volunteering projects in nature conservation together with national and nature parks, biosphere reserves, landscape conservation associations, foresteries and municipalities.
We are looking for filmmakers from February 2022 for a video campaign on international workcamps in nature and climate protection.
In colllaboration with our team in Stuttgart, you will develop concepts from the beginning of February, prepare interviews and shootings and make appointments. From the end of February you will visit various work camps in Baden-Württemberg, collect material, conduct interviews and then create videos for various target groups. The periods of the workcamps have already been set. You agree on times for shooting on site together with the voluntary group leaders and our local partners on site. Working hours for post-production (editing, sound editing, subtitles, etc.) can be arranged flexibly. All videos should be finished by September 2022 at the latest.
Which skills do you need?
Practical experience with film and sound recordings and in working with video editing software
good knowledge of German and English
Initiative, personal responsibility and good time management
Interest in the work of an internationally active non-profit organization
