Under the motto "Let's take action for climate protection ", this year IBG is focusing on nature protection and dealing with nature as a CO2 store. We are happy about everyone who gets involved in our nature protection workcamps and makes a contribution.
Would you like to deal more intensively with the topic of nature protection in international workcamps? Then the Messenger Weekend is the right place for you!
01-03 July 2022 (start: Friday 6 p.m., end: Sunday 1 p.m.)
Brick house in Heidelberg-Ziegelhausen
What is it about?
Together we develop workshops that are intended to give the workcamp volunteers (not only in the nature protection camps) impulses on the subject of climate protection and sustainability. Join us and become an ECO-Messenger: develop your own workshop with us on an aspect of your choice, try it out and then implement it in one of our workcamps.
Do you know young people who are already interested in nature and climate protection? Develop approaches with us on how we can motivate people in your area to actively promote nature protection camps. Hardly anyone knows the possibility of international workcamps, that should change at least a little bit. Inspire young people as a 'volunteering messenger' about the concept of international workcamps.
The program is still open for your inputs and workshop suggestions.
Accommodation and meals will be provided. We can refund 33% of your travel costs with public transport.
Here you can to sign up for the IBG Messenger Weekend now.
You can only participate in the Messenger Weekend if you can prove that you have been fully vaccinated and that your vaccination was given at least 14 days ago.
We also ask you to do a rapid test before arrival to make sure you are not infected with Covid-19.
