Evaluate your experience, meet other volunteers and camp leaders (again), and swap ideas.
Have you participated in a Workcamp this year and would like to share your experience and inspirations with other Workcampers? Have you led a camp for IBG and would like to tell us in person how it went? Did you join an international training and would like to share your impressions? Have you been active with IBG for a long time and would like to finally see other active members again?
Then come to the IBG Volunteers' Weekend 2027 to evaluate your experience together and make Workcamp plans for the future.
When?
October 1 -4, 2026, starting Friday afternoon and ending Monday around noon.
Where?
We spend the weekend at the Brunnenhof in Harthausen, Germany.
Accommodation and meals will be provided.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the Brunnenhof is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Travel Reimbursement
There is no registration fee for participating in the IBG Volunteers' Weekend. The Volunteers' Weekend is open to volunteers and leaders living in Germany, as well as those living in EU member states. We can (partly) reimburse your travel costs depending on distance - let us know where you will be travelling from and we can provide you with more information.
