Are you taking part in your first Workcamp and wondering what to expect there? Have you never traveled alone and need tips for your trip? Are you registered for a longer voluntary service and would you like to prepare for it? We are always happy to answer your questions in person, by email or by phone in the office.
You are also warmly invited to come to our preparation day in Fornsbach!
When?
Saturday, June 1st, 2024
The program begins after breakfast and ends with dinner together. If you don't live near Stuttgart, you can arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday. Accommodation and meals are provided as we are on site at the same time as training for group leaders.

What is the preparation day about?
Here you will get to know other committed people who would also like to take part in Workcamps, as well as the people behind the IBG association. Experienced team members give you insights into 'their' camps and tell you how they overcame challenges or conflicts.
There will be workshops on group processes, your rights and responsibilities as a volunteer and many practical tips and tricks on travel, intercultural exchange and everyday life with larger groups.
