Family camp in Czech Republic
This camp at the wildlife rescue centre in the future Koryta Biosphere Reserve is a family camp, which means that in addition to the work project, a programme for your children will be organised.
When?
August 1st to 9th, 2026
What is it about?
Support the maintenance and development of a wildlife rescue centre and contribute to the future Koryta Biosphere Reserve.
Tasks include painting, digging, mowing, simple construction and woodwork, concreting and landscaping, as well as maintaining animal enclosures, gardens and orchards.
Some of the work will also take place on newly acquired land that is earmarked for long-term nature conservation.
The work is physically demanding but varied, and no previous experience is necessary. Tools and gloves will be provided. In case of rain, indoor work will be organised.
A programme for children will be organised, as well as support from adult volunteers for children who cannot stay without their parents' assistance.
