Working closely with local communities, our partners at RUCHI in India have mobilized women's self-help groups in villages.
These groups foster and support women's entrepreneurial initiatives, helping them provide economic support for their families and raising awareness within the villages.
They also work with teenage girls in public schools, helping them develop social skills and address key health issues.

What is the camp about?
As a volunteer, you have the opportunity to exchange ideas, gain a better understanding of the role of women in society, and contribute to their social and economic advancement.
Volunteers are expected to use their creativity and skills to conduct needs-based workshops for girls on topics such as puberty education, personal development, and career guidance. You will also attend self-help group meetings and engage in conversations with the women to better understand their situation and support them on theirpath to economic independence.
