A stay at the farm (France)

Teenage camp on an educational farm in France

A team of 15 people from all over the world live together on the Les Prureaux premises. They are all working there on an ambitious project: to renovate and preserve the main building: a centuries-old castle.

Some of the team members need your support during the summer: Olive the donkey, Caramel and Choco the goats and the team of chicks the chickens are happy to open the doors of their homes for you. In return, they ask for hugs and a little work.

When?

July 30 - August 13, 2023

The project

The educational farm where the animals of Les Prureaux live is to be modernized. For example, you are renovating the stables: New plaster and a new coat of paint. You will also repair fences: Caramel, Olive, Choco and the chickens are clever and often escape! It's up to you to help us strengthen the fences.

Finally, you install a mobile enclosure to ensure Donkey Olive always has fresh grass to eat and can roam freely around the compound. This is how the donkey becomes a 100% ecological lawnmower.

Where does the camp take place?

Les Prureaux is located in Montcombroux-les-Mines. If you want to discover the surrounding towns, Vichy and Moulins are 45 km away. If you prefer to take a nice walk in nature, the area is perfect for hiking, contemplating the countryside, exploring local markets, swimming and enjoying sports activities and games.

Afternoons and weekends are planned together with the group leaders.
