Help build an ecological house at an adventure playground in Liège, Belgium.
Le Terrain d’Aventure du Peri (in English “The Adventure Playground of Peri”) is an organization founded in 1977. She runs a place where children can learn and experiment without pressure, built by passionate parents and neighbors.
Every day between 10 and 60 children spend their free time playing outdoor games, table games, building huts, do-it-yourself workshops, cooking activities, artistic projects and gardening.
All these activities are intended to help them develop their autonomy, responsibility, critical thinking and solidarity.
In July, the organization invites international volunteers to carry out an environmentally conscious construction project on the site.

The project
Under the supervision of a technical manager specialized in this type of construction, with the support of the children and young people who visit the association, you will build a “Kerterre”, an ecological building sculpture made of linden-hemp in a round shape (similar to the Hobbit houses from “The Lord of the Rings”). This is intended to be used by childrenduring activities in the field.
