Learn to lead international groups
Have you participated in a workcamp and are considering leading one yourself? Are you interested in group leadership in international contexts? Or would you like to refresh your experiences from a previous training with us? Then register now for the next round of our online training for (future) camp leaders!
Here you will get to know other committed people who would also like to lead workcamps, as well as the people behind the IBG association. Experienced teamers give you an insight into 'their' workcamps and tell you how they overcame challenges and conflicts.
What will I be learning in this training?
The online training consists of various modules that you can work on independently at your own pace. For this you should plan around 3 to 5 hours per week, depending on your learning pace.
In addition, there are three digital live training sessions in which you can apply, try out and discuss the content directly in the group. Live sessions via video conference take place every Wednesday evening:

Who can participate?
You can participate if you are at least 18 years old, speak English and are considering leading an international workcamp with IBG. Of course, participation does not oblige you to take over a camp leadership this year; you can also use the training to get to know other camp leaders and get a taste of the tasks and responsibilities.

Participation in the online training is free of charge.
Regardless of whether you lead a camp afterwards or not, we will be happy to issue you a certificate of attendance.
