Would you like to lead an international Workcamp for the first time? Then come to our preparatory training in Fornsbach. You can participate if you are at least 18 years old and are considering leading a Workcamp.

What is this training about?
The main question of this training is: How do I lead a group? There will be workshops on group processes, dealing with conflicts and your individual leadership style. In addition, there are many practical tips and tricks for organization and everyday life with larger groups.
Here you will get to know other dedicated people who also want to lead Workcamps, as well as the people behind the IBG association. Experienced team leaders give you insights into 'their' Workcamps and tell how they overcame challenges or conflicts. The training is primarily intended for prospective camp leaders. Of course, the units will also help you outside of the Workcamp cosmos, for example by leading youth camps.
Of course, participation does not oblige you to lead a camp in summer; You can also use the training to get to know and get a taste of things.
