Virtual Music Exchange - share your favorite song with us!
Have you ever returned from an international workcamp with a new catchy tune in your head? Is there this one song that for you will always and always remain your workcamp wake-up hymn? Or maybe you brought along a whole playlist full of great new music from all over the world from your last camp? Spring 2020 makes us all stay at home for now, but how about a little musical trip around the world?
That is why our volunteer Sarah met with an international group of 6 volunteers from Germany, Vietnam and Romania in her virtual camp to listen to and share music together at the end of April 2020. For a week, the group focused on genres as diverse as rock, reggae, pop and classical music from different countries.
And then, of course, regardless of genre, we all have this one song that makes us happy every time we hear it. Check out the favorite songs of the 'Music Exchange Challenge' for a good mood despite travel bans and a global pandemic:

Ready to share your favourite music with the world...?
Are you ready to get involved in a virtual project yourself and share your favorite songs with volunteers around the world? While it is important for us all to keep physical distance at the moment, international exchange is still possible in virtual projects. Virtual camps offer you the opportunity to exchange ideas, experiences, language and much more with volunteers around the world, and to get to know new friends - just like in a 'real' workcamp.
