Teenager Camp in France: Solidarity Gardens

Volunteers wanted for the "Solidarity Gardens", an inclusion project for people facing multiple social difficulties.

The 'Solidarity Gardens' is a project very close to the city, 45 minutes from Paris. Members of the organization come to the garden every day to pick their vegetables, supervised by specialized volunteers and staff. Environmental education measures for young people are also offered.

Since 2001, the organization, together with our colleagues from ANEC in France, welcomes volunteers to their orchards, farms, beehives and organic vegetable gardens. International volunteers have optimized stables here in recent years, decorated the workhouses, built educational beehives and much more.

In July, another workcamp for volunteers between the ages of 14 and 17 will take place here.

When?

07-21 July 2022

What is help needed for?

For two weeks you will take part in the life on the farm of 'Solidarity Gardens' and help the employees with their everyday tasks in organic farming, beekeeping and animal care. This year the focus is on building a green wall for the farm. Do it yourself, simplicity and environmental learning are part of the program.
